Our premium facility offers boarding, daycare, and grooming services with a strong emphasis on safety, health, and animal behavior. We follow rigorous cleaning protocols and use species-specific ventilation systems to maintain a clean and comfortable environment. All pets must be current on vaccinations to ensure safe socialization and peace of mind for owners. Even after the initial consultation, your dog's behavior and participation are observed by our staff to ensure each pet is placed in the most appropriate play group for their temperament and energy level.
Reassurance Built-In
At Tails of Terra Linda Pet Resort, your pet’s well-being is our top priority. We maintain a close relationship with Terra Linda Veterinary Hospital, located just next door, allowing for prompt veterinary support if ever needed. While our resort does not provide routine medical care, our kennel staff closely monitor each guest and promptly alert the veterinary team if any concerns arise. This allows pets to be evaluated quickly when needed and provides added peace of mind for pet owners.
Temperament Assessment
Each guest receives an initial temperament evaluation to ensure appropriate group placement. With multiple play areas tailored to different energy levels and personalities, our team continually monitors behavior to keep every pet safe, comfortable, and happily engaged.
Wellness in Every Detail
Our facility was thoughtfully designed by an award-winning animal care architect and features advanced ventilation systems and cleaning protocols tailored for pet health. We use veterinary-approved, pet-safe cleaning products throughout the resort to ensure a hygienic environment without harsh chemicals. Play areas are equipped with premium artificial turf over a cushioned base to protect joint health and enhance comfort during play.
